Davido shuts down O2 Arena Again

Nigerian hitmaker Davido continued his “Timeless Tour” which made another stop at the iconic O2 Arena in a sold-out show.

On January 28, 2024, Davido wowed fans at the O2 Arena, filling the venue with a stellar performance featuring his hit singles. This marked his third sold-out show at the 20,000-capacity Arena, a remarkable achievement considering he was the first Nigerian solo artist to achieve this feat in 2019, followed by another sold-out performance in 2022.

Since the release of his Grammy-nominated fourth album, ‘Timeless,’ the multi-award-winning artist has been on a successful tour. The ‘Timeless Concert’ at the O2 showcased Davido’s extensive catalogue, allowing fans to sing along to their favorite tracks.

The event featured special guest appearances, including DMW signee Logos Olori, joining Davido on stage to perform ‘Picasso’ from the ‘Timeless’ album. Additionally, Mayorkun shared the stage, contributing to a lively performance of their hit single ‘The Best.’ A particularly euphoric moment occurred when Kizz Daniel joined Davido for a rendition of their recent collaboration, ‘Twe Twe.’

Notably, Davido’s O2 concert preceded the 2024 Grammy Awards, where he is nominated in three categories, offering the artist the opportunity to potentially secure his first Grammy wins.
